where did the name schizoacoustic come from?!

...it is a play on words derived from the term 'psychoacoustics' which basically means something like the subjective perception of sound, substituting in the term 'schizo' to suggest distortions in ones perception & expression of reality.

we figured that fits in with our ethic & background quite aptly & we liked it back in 2005, but not so much any more
